Audio/Visual Stand___________________________

This is the entertainment center, where I have all the options (upstairs, my wife just wants picture and sound, so I get to tinker). My interests are:

• DXing- AM, FM, and TV
• Audio
• Satellite
• CDs
• Online music

Here's what I did for the equipment:

The stand was made from salvaged 1x10 planks, with some of them sawed lengthwise, so I could make ~13-1/2" wide shelves.

Most everything in the garage is on wheels, including this stand.

The speakers are AR-2s (not shown) and AR-2axs (wall mounted). The TV is set on a large lazy Susan, on top of the stand.

April '10: I just added a Sharp SX-9700 power amp from a thrift center. It's pretty honking big, and I'd like to know more about it. If you have any information, email me at cfa at alt dot net.
